Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Clean Driving Record with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to build strong relationships with local businesses and community members.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading community connections and Spring Dell Center based program.
• Willingness to teach or learn to become a better teacher.
• Monitoring the people we support.
• Completing person-centered plans (PCP).
• Completing modified discovery packets.
• Planning activities around area that may peak their interest for employment, volunteering and community engagement.
• Providing the opportunity to develop vocational, community and social skills.
