Spring Dell Center, Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead daily operations of the day program in Charles County, MD. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and comfort with documentation software to ensure compliant, person-centered services.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of DDA services and billing systems. This full-time position offers benefits and a structured 8:00–16:00 shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Full driver’s license with clean record.
• 2 years driving experience with <2 points on record.
• Experience working with disabled adults preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• DDA and iCM experience a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered.
• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of center-based and community opportunities, experiences, and training while ensuring active engagement of all participants.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitor program activities and staffing.
• Coordinate and implement daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.

Hourly Salary: $24.15/hr, $50,232.00 annually

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm

An applicant with knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and billing systems is preferred.

Duties include but not limited to:
