Job summary

Spring Dell Center, Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the day program, ensure compliant, person-centered services, and supervise staff.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and LTSS billing systems. The position is full-time, located in Charles County, MD, with an 8am–4pm schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills with ability to guide staff.
• Familiarity with DDA services and person-centered planning.
• Experience using technology for documentation, scheduling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the day program to ensure compliant, person-centered services.
• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of center-based and community opportunities and training.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitor program activities.
• Coordinate daily schedules for all participants, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of iCM and LTSS billing system; understand DDA regulations.
