Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with higher education policies related to disability access (ADA/Section 504) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct registration and case management meetings for ODA-registered students with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student documentation and accommodations.
• Provide advising or crisis intervention and refer to appropriate support services.
• Support testing environment and ensure approved testing accommodations.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure accessible learning environments.
• Assist with outreach and programming for the UNT Health community.
