Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a Student Services Coordinator in the Division of Student Affairs to promote equitable access for students with disabilities and to coordinate testing schedules and proctor coverage for exams and related services.

This role supports Testing and Evaluation Services, conducts registration and case management meetings, maintains records, and collaborates with campus stakeholders to ensure an accessible learning environment. Some remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as necessary.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws related to accessibility and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct registration meetings and case management meetings for ODA-registered students.
• Maintain thorough records relating to student documentation.
• Provide advising or crisis intervention and refer to appropriate support services.
• Support testing accommodations and collaborate with Testing and Evaluation Services.
• Assist in outreach and programs for the UNT Health community.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure accessible learning environments.
