Job summary

The University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to promote equitable access for students with disabilities and coordinate testing schedules within the Division of Student Affairs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with campus stakeholders and testing staff. Some remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft products and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct registration meetings and case management meetings to a caseload of ODA-registered students with disabilities, addressing academic, social, and disability-related barriers in compliance with all state and federal regulations as they relate to students with disabilities in higher education.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records relating to student documentation.
• Provide advising or crisis intervention to students and refer to appropriate support services when appropriate.
• Support the ODA Testing Associate in providing students with a comfortable testing environment, ensuring approved testing accommodations are being provided.
• Assist in providing outreach and programs to the UNT Health community.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure an accessible learning environment for students with disabilities.
