Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking a Disability Program Administrator in Wabash, IN. This leadership role directs residential and waiver services, building strong teams and ensuring person-centered supports in the community.

You will develop strategies with division leadership, oversee funding, and drive quality while maintaining Pathfinder's mission. The position emphasizes staff development, collaboration, and compliance with state/federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility in intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven team management skills and the ability to develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational direction for residential and waiver services in the Wabash area.
• Lead Group Home Managers, Supported Living Managers, and QIDPs; coach and mentor staff.
• Develop strategies and action plans for Residential Supports; monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Develop yourself and others through training and leadership development.
