Job summary

Pathfinder Services, Inc. is seeking a Disability Program Administrator in Wabash, IN to lead residential and waiver services. The role focuses on person-centered leadership, team development, and ensuring services promote independence and meaningful lives for people supported.

You will drive program strategy, manage resources, and maintain compliance with regulations while partnering with leaders across Pathfinder to expand services in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in positions with increasing responsibility in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Group Home Managers, Supported Living Managers, and QIDPs.
• Promote person-centered practices and involve people supported in decisions.
• Develop strategies and plans for Residential Supports and program expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and Pathfinder policies.
• Support team development through training and leadership.
