ServiceSource, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Program Assistant - Job Coach to support participants with disabilities, enabling successful employment experiences.

The role involves supervising activities, training, and coordinating with employers in the Bountiful/North Salt Lake area. Under the Director of Rehab, you will train participants, help with transportation and personal skills, and provide documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; good MVR.
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends preferred.
• Pass and maintain background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee participants in work activities and ensure quality.
• Assist participants to acquire skills to perform tasks independently.
• Help participants with transportation and social skills.
• Provide monthly billing reports and documentation.
• Develop relationships with businesses and community partners.
• Discuss participant background with employer and mentor progress.
• Record IPP/IEP data and contribute to IPP/IEP development.
• Support integration with coworkers and perform other assigned tasks.
