Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Assistant – Job Coach in Clearfield, UT. You will supervise and train participants with disabilities, helping them perform job tasks and access community resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with employers, preparing reports, and supporting transportation and social skills. Flexibility for after-hours work and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience supporting adults with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass and maintain Department of Human Services background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee participants in efficiency of work and modify activities as needed.
• Help participants acquire skills to perform job tasks with supports and training.
• Assist participants with transportation, social relations, and personal development.
• Provide monthly billing reports, participant reports, and case notes.
• Develop positive relationships with employers, agencies, and vendors.
• Meet with program staff to review progress and address barriers.
