Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a part-time counselor to provide career exploration assessments and develop individualized service plans for participants with disabilities.

You will build relationships with participants, support networks, and employers to create education and employment opportunities, while maintaining compliant files and thorough documentation. The role includes coordinating training, pre-employment activities, and long-term support, with opportunities to assist in community

Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant work experience in program development and training for individuals with disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related Human Services field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel; good MVR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide career exploration counseling and generate assessment reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with participants, support networks, and funding sources.
• Identify employment opportunities and coordinate training, job development, and coaching.
• Maintain compliant files and document individualized service plans for participants.
• Assist in marketing by creating materials and participating in events.
