Job summary

IdahoPTV seeks a Business Services Specialist to train employers on employing individuals with disabilities and to support collaboration between job seekers, employers, and state partners. The role focuses on outreach, training material development, and labor market insights to align opportunities with employer needs.

You will work from the Lewiston office, engaging with diverse stakeholders, delivering workshops, and guiding participants through Pre-ETS services and related programs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including delivering presentations.
• Knowledge of business practices and labor market information.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations and training.
• Good project management, prioritization, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical assistance to employers for employing individuals with disabilities.
• Support businesses to recruit, hire, and retain individuals with disabilities.
• Assist internal teams to identify participants meeting employer needs.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training materials for businesses.
• Provide guidance and problem-solving for team members and stakeholders.
• Explain local labor market trends and industry demands to participants.
