Job summary

Discovergoodwill in Post Falls, ID seeks staff to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities, including evaluation, training, coaching, placement, and retention services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience; equivalent combination accepted.
• Housing services experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of programs and services.
• Screen referrals to determine appropriate options.
• Establish relationships with participants, referral agencies, employers and team members.
• Follow up on participant progress and provide encouragement.
• Ensure paperwork, data entry and reports are current and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws affecting the organization.
