Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking an Employment Coach to provide tailored job coaching for people with disabilities to ensure access, success, and retention in competitive employment

The role supports the Workforce Inclusion team, with duties including coaching, relationship-building with service providers, and maintaining case files. Onsite roles involve office, client sites, and community settings; CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and presentations.
• Effective communication (verbal, written, and presentations).
• Demonstrate critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain flexible.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
• Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress toward goals.
• Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
