The role involves coaching on essential tasks, building relationships with service providers, maintaining case files, and supporting individuals from intake to placement.

This onsite position requires CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license; compensation is $20.25–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the necessary skills for workplace success.
• Support individuals in learning and performing essential job tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with service providers to track progress toward goals.
• Maintain case files and required paperwork.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
