Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification may be required depending on local requirements.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Responsabilités

• Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
• Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress toward goals.
• Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
