Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking an Employment Coach to provide tailored, individualized coaching to help people with disabilities access, succeed in, and retain competitive integrated employment.

You will build skills, guide successful work performance, and maintain collaborative relationships with service partners to track progress and outcomes. This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and attention to documentation and eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
• Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation software.
• Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
• Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress towards goals.
• Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
