Job summary

East Bay Innovations is seeking a Childcare Specialist to support people with developmental disabilities in community work settings, internships, and tailored training programs. You will collaborate with job developers, assist with vocational evaluation and placement, and provide interview support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least three years of relevant experience, with a full-time schedule across Contra Costa and Alameda counties, including driving to sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services.
• Minimum of three years experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities in community work settings or internship sites.
• Assist job developers with vocational evaluation, planning, and placement.
• Support during interviews and with job development.
• Develop Tailored Day Services, External Situational Assessments, and tutoring.
