Job summary

East Bay Innovations (EBI) is seeking a full-time Job Coach to provide one-on-one support for adults with developmental disabilities at multiple employment sites across Alameda County, including Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. The role requires strong organization, communication, and teaching abilities, with mediaed emphasis on independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, route planning, and supporting clients in developing new skills while collaborating

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities at various employment sites throughout Alameda County.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and clients while supporting job tasks.
• Plan main routes to work and alternate routes for clients.
• Assist clients with time management, task organization, and stress management on busy days.
• Support clients with learning new duties and adapting to different work environments.
