Job summary

East Bay Innovations seeks a part-time Job Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities across Alameda County, including Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. You will help plan routes, organize tasks, and collaborate with teams to foster independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one support at various sites, coordinating daily tasks, and promoting reliable, respectful client engagement. Requires driving and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human services, non-profit, or social work is a plus.
• Committed to individualized services, independence, and community inclusion.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both as a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities at various employment sites.
• Assist clients with planning routes and organizing job tasks.
• Coordinate time-off requests with managers and support scheduling.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and support effective teamwork.
• Help clients learn new duties and adapt to work tasks.
