Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a rehabilitation-related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career guidance, job search assistance, interview preparation, and workplace readiness support.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths, interests, skills, and employment goals.
• Develop relationships with local employers and identify appropriate opportunities.
• Match individuals with positions based on skills and goals.
• Provide job coaching and on-the-job support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, employers, partners, and team members.
