The position requires a flexible schedule, valid driver's license, and dedication to meeting each person’s employment and training goals with compassionate, patient support.

Qualifications

• A degree in a Human Service or Business related field is preferred.
• Job Coaching experience is preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
• Flexible schedule may require evenings, nights, weekends during training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify vocational interests and abilities, assist with resumes, search and apply for jobs, and support learning of job tasks.
• Communicate to understand individual goals and ambitions.
• Match jobs with strengths and interests and develop employment plans.
• Assist individuals in overcoming barriers and coordinating with local businesses.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and document progress.
