Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong oral and written communication; computer literate including Microsoft Office; organizational skills required.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products, Windows environment.
• Must meet minimum typing requirements.
• Experience: Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process claims and determine benefits due under disability plans; make timely payments and adjustments for workers compensation, SSDI, and other offsets.
• Determine benefits due, make payments and adjustments; inform claimants of required documents and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication on claims status by phone, written correspondence, or claims system.
