Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Social Security disability programs and claims procedures.
• Capacity to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the SSDI and SSI application and appeals processes.
• Prepare, review, and file disability applications, appeals, and required representation forms.
• Maintain accurate, organized client case files using case management software.
• Monitor claim progress, track deadlines, and follow up with SSA as needed.
• Communicate with clients, SSA personnel, and other relevant parties about claim status and documentation requirements.
• Assist in gathering medical records, employment information, and other documentation to support disability claims.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely, professional service.
• Remote work is possible for qualified candidates after in-person training at our Cook, MN office
