Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years Social services, legal services, or case management, including proficiency with Microsoft Office functions.
• 1 year Social Security Disability experience, including familiarity with SSI/SSDI program requirements, regulations, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Social Security Advocacy: Completes all client applications, forms, and required documentation for the SSA, ensuring timely filing of appeals and compliance with SSA requirements.
• Represents disabled individuals in their claim for Social Security Disability by serving as a liaison between clients and the SSA, answering questions, submitting documentation, and following up on all paperwork.
• Manages a high-volume caseload with professionalism, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills while maintaining organized, up-to-date files using Prevail.
