Job summary

Purdue University Fort Wayne is seeking a full-time, on-site Disability Access Center Administrator to oversee equitable access and accommodations for students with disabilities. The role focuses on managing a caseload, records, and universal design initiatives on campus.

You will lead the DAC in the absence of the Executive Director and coordinate day-to-day office activities while ensuring compliance with ADA, Section 504, and related laws.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or HS/GED with disability-related experience.
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, Section 508, and ADAAA.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage equitable access and accommodation management.
• Maintain records and oversee auxiliary accommodations.
• Lead the DAC in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Implement institution-wide accessibility initiatives.
