Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. You will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Responsibilities include entering service request details into the DISA Storefront (DSF), providing exceptional service before and after DSF entry, and guiding customers when requirements are unclear or incomplete. A Secret clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
• Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
• Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DSF entry.
• Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
