BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The role involves handling initial customer interactions and guiding service orders through the DISA Storefront (DSF).

You will ensure accurate data capture and follow through to complete service requests. The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, plus 2+ years in military communications or related technical fields, and experience in technical

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
2+ years of military experience in communications or a related technical field, 2+ years in an accredited technical training program with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in communications or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

Provide initial customer interaction and follow through of service orders.
Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
