Job summary

pathwayRP is seeking an experienced Application Solutions Engineer in Cary, North Carolina. The role involves analyzing and supporting directory data stores and access management solutions, ensuring compliance with business requirements in a collaborative environment.

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience with LDAP/Sun Java Directory and Unix/Linux systems. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. This position is a full-time opportunity with responsibilities including project leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with LDAP/Sun Java Directory v6.x; knowledge of IBM Tivoli and CA SiteMinder is a plus.
• 3+ years in Unix/Linux environments with experience in scripting.
• Experience supporting multi-site topologies and third-party products.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in reviewing project plans and identifying gaps.
• Evaluate proposed solution changes and recommend as needed.
• Research available software and recommend implementations.
• Create project plans, documentation, and procedures.
• Proactively propose solutions for technical areas of concern.
• Work with stakeholders to meet or exceed SLAs.
