Implify Inc is looking for a seasoned consultant to enhance the Enterprise User Administration system. The role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, particularly with CA products, as well as the ability to troubleshoot various system configurations effectively.
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field along with extensive experience in UNIX and Windows administration, alongside proficiency in database management tools. The consultant will drive architecture delivery and customer engagement, ensuring optimal system performance and security compliance.
This consultant is expected to provide a high level of value add with regard to the Enterprise User Administration system in the following areas: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ability to understand, provide logical and analytical evaluation, configure and maintain the Enterprise User Administration CA Product based on its current use in the environment; Ability to understand and evaluate the current infrastructure, hardware and network configurations supporting the Enterprise User Administration CA Product; Ability to understand, evaluate, and provide recommended guidance and recommendations regarding system performance, as a result of system logs, indexing, cache settings, etc; Develop domain-specific strategies, blueprints and roadmaps based on the business goals and objectives; Ability to provide written and verbal communications regarding recommendations, issues, defects, and remediation; Ability to speak to the customer when needed, to provide information, and status; Written communication skills in order to provide documentation necessary for sustaining and maintaining the accuracy of the application repository; Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and accurate use and terminology; Understanding of change management principles and practices, including requirement gathering, testing, development, unit testing and user acceptance testing; Ability to understand and evaluate application health and reporting statistics. Tools for use vary; Maintaining asset information for all hardware and software components installed; Monitoring and managing hardware and software capabilities; Ensuring that the construction of architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture) in EUA projects aligns with architecture blueprints and reference architectures; Supporting and championing efforts with cross-functional knowledge (e.g., strategy, change management, business process management); Coordinating all domain-level conceptual architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture); Working with solution architects to direct EUA projects to understand enterprise-level architecture strategy, technology stack and identifying future direction, gaps and roadmaps.
