Job summary

Saicon is seeking a Senior Unix LDAP Engineer to support secure LDAP environments in large-scale enterprise infrastructures. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Unix/Linux administration experience.
• Strong LDAP/LDAPS administration and security experience.
• DNS server administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Expertise in server builds, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
• Proven troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Knowledge of system security, authentication, and access management.
• Experience in enterprise-scale production environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer LDAP/LDAPS directory services in enterprise environments.
• Configure, secure, and troubleshoot LDAP authentication and directory integrations.
• Manage Unix/Linux server environments including builds, installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Perform server migrations and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Administer and support DNS infrastructure and related services.
• Implement system hardening, access controls, and security best practices.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot complex system, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
