FosterAdopt Connect in the United States is seeking a Director of Youth & Young Adult Programs to provide leadership for the Community Connections YouThrive program (CCYT), serving current and former foster youth aged 17–26 as they transition to independence.

The role oversees CCYT Program Managers across Missouri and Kansas and directs program operations, staff development, quality assurance, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience working with at-risk youth populations.
• Demonstrated leadership and program oversight abilities.
• Ability to guide investment in people and systems.

Responsibilities
