First Place for Youth is seeking a County Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team serving 18-24 year old transition-age foster youth. You will supervise social workers, manage housing, education and employment services, and ensure program fidelity and data integrity.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week and offers extensive benefits and opportunities for professional leadership within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work or related field required/preferred.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework experience in family or child welfare.
• Strong cultural competency and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team, set goals, and conduct regular supervision.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, manage budgets, and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with county staff and partners to ensure housing, education, and employment services.
