Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the YMCA’s Youth Achievement portfolio across 59 sites and initiatives.
• Supervise and develop three Senior Program Directors to strengthen site leadership and staff capacity.
• Drive program quality, inclusivity, and developmentally appropriate practices for children, youth, families, and staff.
• Use data, feedback, and emerging trends to continuously evaluate and improve programs.
