YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is seeking a dynamic Program Director for Afterschool/Day Camp programs. Based at the Coppell Family YMCA, you will hire, train, and lead part-time staff while ensuring high-quality programming that aligns with state and YMCA safety and enrichment standards.

You will build relationships with school hosts, families, and community partners, manage multiple sites, and model the YMCA values of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities for multi-site programs.
• Experience supervising and developing staff in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships with schools, families, and community partners.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and coach part-time staff for afterschool and day camp programs.
• Oversee daily operations of up to 9 program sites and 1–2 day camps.
• Ensure licensing, safety, and YMCA standards are met at all sites.
