Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Program for the assigned area. You will oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial stewardship, and quality improvement, while fostering strong hospital partnerships.

Responsibilities include strategic marketing to increase referrals, program growth, and cross-functional collaboration with hospital leadership and physicians. A healthcare administration background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field; 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field; 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years marketing/community education in healthcare; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and staff performance.
• Manage revenue cycle and financial reporting.
• Lead community education/marketing to drive referrals.
• Ensure quality/performance improvement alignment with hospital.
• Maintain relationships with hospital leadership and clinicians.

Education
