Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive workforce management experience.
• Experience leading labor strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for large data sets and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead WFM strategy including labor planning, scheduling optimization, and field guidance.
• Oversee reporting strategy, dashboards, data quality, and analytics tools.
• Manage annual labor budgeting, forecasting, and weekly planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and automate reporting.
• Partner with Field Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, and Data teams to drive priorities.
• Govern WFM systems, scheduling tools, timekeeping, dashboards, access, testing.
• Ensure compliant, sustainable workflows aligned with controls.
• Provide insights, training, and support to field leaders on labor tools.
• Coach and develop Workforce Management team with clear goals.
