This role leads efforts to expand work-based learning opportunities, align programs with high-demand careers, and drive coordinated job placement strategies for program completers.

Qualifications

• Progressive professional experience in career services, workforce development, employer engagement, talent development, or a related field.
• Experience building and managing partnerships with employers or industry stakeholders.
• Experience supporting career development, job placement, or work-based learning initiatives.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to assess outcomes and inform decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a newly established department focused on career development, employer engagement, and employment outcomes.
• Expand work-based learning opportunities and drive coordinated job placement strategies for program completers.
• Establish performance metrics, oversee career tracking and reporting systems, and leverage labor market data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across the College and with regional industry partners to ensure equitable access to career opportunities and measurable student outcomes.
