• 3+ years of experience in contract training, corporate training, or related field.
• Experience developing employer or client relationships and negotiating agreements.
• Experience managing a budget or revenue generating program.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel the service region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with executives to build and manage a pipeline of employer prospects.
• Conduct needs assessments with employers and translate to training solutions.
• Maintain relationships with regional economic development partners.
• Represent training at employer events and support regional meetings.
• Track prospect, client, and engagement activity in CRM systems.
