• Experience using data and performance metrics to assess outcomes and inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a newly established department focused on career development, employer engagement, and employment outcomes.
• Build and implement a proactive, outcomes-driven career services model and expand work-based learning opportunities.
• Lead efforts to drive coordinated job placement strategies for program completers and establish performance metrics.
• Collaborate across the College and with regional industry partners to strengthen employer partnerships and equitable access.
