• Oversee management and resolution of Workers’ Compensation and PIP claims.
• Establish claim-handling strategies for high-exposure and litigated claims.
• Ensure timely investigation, reserving, medical management, and settlement or litigation planning.
• Build relationships with counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
