Job summary

Frankenmuth Insurance Company seeks a senior supervisor for the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and appraisal claims operations. This role directs investigations, appraisals, reserves, and payments within authority, while coordinating vendor programs and monthly reporting.

You will train and lead staff, drive process improvements, and serve on project teams to ensure compliant, high-quality claims handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Directs and coordinates the investigation and appraisal claims functions.
• Oversees reserves and payments within authority level.
• Manages SIU monthly reporting, compliance, anti-fraud plan, vendor management and expenses.
• Trains, coaches, and leads staff.
• May serve as project team member or leader.
