Job summary

WTW is seeking a Director in our Work, Rewards and Careers practice in the United States. You will manage marquee consulting projects, lead junior staff, and collaborate with senior colleagues while developing cutting-edge technical knowledge and client solutions.

You will shape rewards and work-and-career programs, contribute to business development, deliver high-quality deliverables on time and within budget, and participate in thought leadership through articles and conferences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design-oriented rewards experience in consulting or corporate environments.
• Significant knowledge of rewards programs and processes.
• Creative, analytical and results-driven with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, multi-faceted projects and deliver quality work on time and budget.
• Executive presence with polished communication and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, multi-client project management for marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets across workflows.
• Serve as day-to-day project lead ensuring progress against objectives and budgets.
• Coach and provide ongoing feedback to junior staff.
• Act as the main client contact for delivery of services and expectations.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of compensation and related programs.
• Support business development activities and client relationships.
