Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RIA/wealth management operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and custodial operations.
• Track record designing and scaling operational systems and workflows.
• Experience managing advisor teams or operational staff.
• Strong grasp of trading workflows, advisory billing, and portfolio operations.
• Background as a financial advisor or close partnership with advisors preferred.
• Familiarity with tax-integrated wealth management models.

Responsibilities

• Own all RIA back-office operations including new accounts, ACATs, money movement, billing and reconciliation.
• Build scalable SOPs and controls to support growth and integration.
• Oversee Schwab Advisor Center workflows and custodial operations; ensure compliance.
• Lead trading, model rebalancing, block trades, cash monitoring and RMDs.
• Manage vendor integrations with Schwab, Orion, Black Diamond, Envestnet and Salesforce.
• Drive automation, train advisors, and lead the operations team.
