Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Director, Warehouse Management to lead a high-volume distribution center serving our store network. You will direct 20–30 leaders and up to 300 associates, shaping strategy for safety, efficiency, and service delivery across receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping operations.

You will drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma, oversee budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in distribution or warehouse ops.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale distribution operations.
• Experience with automated distribution facilities and high SKU complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all DC operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and transportation coordination.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and drive workforce planning and performance management.
• Partner with store ops, regional leaders, and supply chain teams to ensure service excellence and inventory availability.
• Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and quality with disciplined cycle counting and process control.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.
