A fast-growing, insights-driven consultancy is seeking a strategic and client-focused Director or VP of Client Engagement to join their remote team. This position plays a critical role in managing key accounts and delivering high-impact custom quantitative research for top-tier clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of insights and storytelling through cross-tab analysis, data synthesis, and visually compelling deliverables
  • Own client relationships from kickoff to final reporting, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service
  • Translate complex findings into clear, strategic narratives and business recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to manage timelines, ensure quality, and exceed expectations
  • Occasionally support proposal development and contribute to qualitative integration

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in custom quantitative market research
  • Proven success managing clients and projects end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; fluent in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Solid grasp of key methodologies (segmentation, tracking, copy testing, etc.) and advanced analytics (regression, MaxDiff, etc.)
  • Experience blending qualitative with quantitative for well-rounded insights
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
