Unio Search are supporting a global CRDMO and are seeking an experienced commercial leader with experience of selling CRO services and leading regional or global commercial teams for a newly created position.

Leading a team of 5 and working cross-functionally with technical teams & senior management, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth via strategic partnerships, key account management, and new client acquisition.

• Bachelor of Science degree is required - M.S. and/or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Remotely based in western half of US.
• 10-15 years of BD/sales experience in a CRO - ideally will have sold preclinical and/or drug discovery services.
• 5+ years of management experience - preferably of sales/BD teams.
• A strong track record of achieving/exceeding annual sales targets consistently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self motivated, collaborative and ability to adapt quickly.
