Director of Brand & Marketing Communications to lead the brand across all customer touchpoints, translating science into clear, compelling messaging for veterinary professionals, pet owners, and retailers. You will own brand positioning, develop messaging frameworks, and oversee content across digital, PR, and sales materials while partnering with executives and product teams to drive awareness and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Track record of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across B2B and D2C contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand positioning, voice, messaging, and communications strategy.
• Serve as steward of the ElleVet brand across customer-facing and internal communications.
• Develop messaging frameworks for veterinary professionals, pet owners, retailers, and stakeholders.
• Translate scientific/clinical information into audience-specific communications.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing/communications strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee content strategy across digital marketing, social, email, website, PR, thought leadership, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align messaging with goals.
