Qualifications
- 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or distribution.
- Proven success building and scaling affinity distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end veterinary and pet distribution strategy with NBW targets.
- Prospect, structure, and negotiate strategic partnerships and enterprise deals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage partner ROI, retention, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and finance for growth and incentives.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team across BD, account management, and success.
