Job summary

Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Director, Veterinary & Pet Distribution who will own the strategy, growth, and performance of Pets Best’s veterinary industry and broader pet ecosystem distribution channel.

This leader will secure and develop new partnerships across veterinary practice groups, software providers, pet services, and industry stakeholders while driving NBW and partner engagement, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years in business development or partnerships (insurance, benefits, fintech, or digital marketplaces).
Proven success building and scaling affinity distribution channels.
Experience managing and developing direct reports.
Strong negotiation skills with commercial and commission-based agreements.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end veterinary and pet distribution strategy.
Establish multi-year growth plans with NBW targets and partner penetration.
Negotiate strategic partnerships and enterprise-level deals.
Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and finance for GTM and profitability.
